Serendipity Art Consultancy is uniquely placed to help clients design cutting-edge artistic residencies and talent accelerators.

In 2013, Delphine identified a gap in the European art ecosystem and designed the Artists Development Programme (ADP), which grew from 1 artist and 1 country to 50 artists from 21 EU Member States, Türkiye and Ukraine. She pioneered the first “Anthropocene” thematic call in Europe in 2013, ahead of the climate agenda. Thanks to her vast network, she secured ADP mentors including Mirosław Bałka, Callum Innes, Darren Almond, Jorma Puranen, Tatiana Trouvé and Christophe Kihm.

Beyond structure, the strength of a residency lies in its outcomes: the artists it supports, the networks it opens and the reputational momentum it can create for the host institution.

A well-designed thematic residency can act as a living laboratory for exploring priorities such as climate, social engagement, education, research and cultural positioning.
